Postage & Delivery to the UK:
Delivered within 4-10 working days
The cost of delivery is calculated on the weight of each item:
0-1kg - £3.99
1-3kg - £4.95
3-10kg - £6.95
10-40kg - £15.00
40kg+ - £20.00
Free Postage on Orders over £100.00 (UK Mainland only) - this will automatically apply to your order at checkout.
Once we have received your order, we aim to dispatch and deliver within 4-10 working days by the most quickest and cost efficient way possible. We apologies, but we do not offer next day or weekend delivery in the UK or international shipping options currently.
Please note that if your parcel is returned to us for any reason by the courier company, it is your responsibility to pay further postage for your parcel to be sent out. Should you wish to cancel your order at that point a 25% re stocking fee will apply.
Delivery by our approved suppliers:
We are now able to offer a wider range of products, but some products may need to be delivered by our approved suppliers directly. This will be shown on the relevant product page. Therefore, dispatch and delivery for these products may vary and could take up to 14 days.
Some suppliers will contact you directly to arrange a suitable day for them to delivery or provide tracking information once dispatched to you.
We have confidence that you will love your item as much as we do. However, in the event that you are not happy with your purchases, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a credit note.
To return your order:
please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return.
Your item must be returned in the condition it was received in and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee when customers wish to return undamaged items to us for any reason for example: I don’t like it, The item is too small/too large or, it is not the correct colour we assumed it was, or this shade, or it didn't arrive in time etc, and in instances such as these the return shipping and associated costs are the customers responsibility.
Damaged or faulty items:
Please ensure that you check all items on receipt and report any faulty or damaged item to us as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged, please email us with your order number, photographic evidence of the damaged item(s) and if you would like a replacement or refund.
Cancel an order before despatch:
Should you wish to cancel your order, please email email@example.com with your order number as soon as possible and we will happily cancel your order. Please note we reserve the right to charge a 5% cancellation fee where an order has not been despatched to cover costs charged by our payment providers.
